How payment works

Regenerative treatment is self-pay. We do not bill insurance for these therapies, which is why we publish the price rather than quoting it later. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds, and financing is available if you would rather spread the cost — see financing options.

Your consultation is free. Nothing is ordered or scheduled until a physician has examined you, reviewed any imaging and agreed a plan with you.

What the price includes

Every price on this page covers more than the product itself. It includes your physician’s specific protocol — how much, where, how often and in what sequence — your evaluation, and their guidance throughout the treatment plan.

That is the part that does not appear on a price list anywhere else. Our physicians are experienced surgeons of the knee, hip and shoulder, and they direct your care from the first evaluation through the follow-up. What you are paying for is the protocol and the physician behind it, not a vial.

I have seen these products advertised for less. What am I paying for here?
The price here is for a treatment, not a product. It includes your physician’s specific protocol, your evaluation and their guidance for the whole plan — delivered by an experienced surgeon who directs your care. A product bought on its own comes without any of that.
Are shipping and taxes included?
No. Shipping, handling and any applicable taxes are additional and are confirmed before you order.
Is every product available where I live?
Not always. Availability of peptide and cell-based products varies by state — we confirm what can be provided at your location during your consultation.
Do I pay anything for the consultation?
No. The consultation is free, and you only pay if you decide to go ahead with a treatment plan.
